The e-ticket is an electronic ticket offered when the venue is equiped with electronic access control.
Unlike the traditional ticket, the e-ticket is a ticket that can be printed at home in color or black and white from your printer connected to your computer. It uses a unique and different barcode for each ticket.
Each e-ticket is scanned at the entrance to the room and its validity is checked using the unique bar code printed on each ticket.
Presentation of your e-tickets at the entrance of the venue is mandatory. We advise you to check and print your e-tickets ahead of the day of the event.
If you print your e-tickets several times, only the first ticket whose barcode is scanned at the venue of the event will be considered valid.
In the event of loss, theft or duplication, the buyer remains responsible for the use of his e-tickets.
Please note: Orders made in e-tickets or m-tickets cannot be collected in stores.
